Symptom:
When you try to start a remote desktop session from within the Remote Web Workplace, you receive a pop-up message: Invalid Server Name Specified.

Solution:
Make sure the Remote Desktop ActiveX control is Enabled.
1. Go to Tools, then Internet Options
2. Click the Programs tab
3. Click Manage Add-Ons.
4. Look for Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control (redist) and click it.
5. Choose the Enable option button below the listing.
6. Click OK twice.

Hope it helps,
David
