If you get the above-referenced message, which in it's entirety looks like this:

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window."

Try the following:

1. Click Start
2. Click Run (or type the following into the search box)
3. outlook.exe /resetnavpane
4. Press Enter or Click OK.

Should resolve the problem.
