For our dialup subscribers, if the web accelerator won't install and you get this error message:
C:\Progra~1\Fastne~1\instlsp.exe This application has failed because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem
Followed by this error message:
Error: Could not execute the external program C:\Progra~1\Fastne~1\instlsp.exe
Make sure that you have Windows XP Service Pack 2. If you don't, then install it. We aren't 100% sure why installing it fixes the problem, but it seems to.
