If you get this error, try this:
Open the folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Msmapi\1033
Find the file called MSMAPI32.DLL
Rename it as MSMAPI32.DLL.OLD
Restart Outlook. If it's the 2003 version of Outlook, it'll repair itself.
