If you have custom toolbars in one database, call it DB1 that you need to get into another one, call it DB2, then the way to do it is this: (2003 and earlier versions only)

1. Open DB2 in Access.
2. Click File
3. Point to Get External Data, then click Import...
4. Navigate to DB1 and click it
5. Click Import
6. In the Import Objects window, click Options>>
7. Check Menus and Toolbars
8. Click OK as necessary.

Hope it helps,
David
