Adjusted the fonts of all pages to be somewhat smaller.

Turned the button links into text links. These load faster, and don't take up as much room on the page.

The customer support site is now about as finished as it will get until it gets to the point where I can add the current theme information to the article pages.

Wrote a Tech Note on Y2K.

The customer support site is now complete from a programming standpoint. It was unfinished when it was initially uploaded. In particular, the discussion area didn't work as it should. Now it does...almost.

Answered a question regarding the impact of Y2K.
